Inner Space Regression Therapy (IST) is a depth-oriented approach that works directly with the inner landscape of the mind. Rather than staying only at the level of conversation, we explore the impressions, emotions, and inner structures that shape how you experience yourself and your life.
IST and the somatic approach modalities are particularly effective for working with emotional blockages, trauma, and periods of defeat or disconnection. By engaging the deeper layers of the psyche, the process can help release patterns that feel difficult to shift through insight alone.
Beyond mental understanding, this work engages the body’s somatic memory and the deeper structures of the psyche. Integrating psychological insight with a spiritual perspective on human development, it allows entrenched emotional patterns to resolve at a deeper level.
